I have worked with Bettina on two major contemporary art projects: producing a period 1950s photography portfolio and a complex period 1930s film. Bettina fully engaged these diverse projects with fantastic ideas, flawless organization, professionalism and enthusiasm. Under her direction, the scope of each project reached a diverse national and international audience. Bettina was not only valuable to the Coalition for the Homeless for her skillful media relations, but also for her ability to develop a coherent communications strategy that breathed new energy into our event. Along with these talents, she brings a tremendous work ethic but what really sets her apart is her enduring commitment and passion for the cause. Bettina will always have a place on the Coalition for the Homeless Team. The New York Foundation for the Arts has definitely benefited from working with Bettina. She understands NYFA and our goals and was passionate and enthusiastic about helping us to achieve them. She was able to generate attention from national publications such as Art in America, ARTNews and American Craft for our Fellowships program and, because of her efforts, we received more media coverage for our annual gala than we ever have before. We look forward to working with her again. |
